General Info:
● My artwork, past, present or future, is NOT to be used in NFTs (Non-fungible Token), Any sort of AI training or used for Generative AI purposes!
● The artwork I make may be used to promote future commissions, I reserve rights to the art (not the characters featured).
● You may repost or print my artwork, as long as it is properly credited. You can link to my bluesky or toyhou.se for credits.
Commission Info:
● If you don't have references of your OC, please provide a description. Please understand that I may ask followup questions.
● I reserve the right to refuse a commission without explanation.
● I will be giving you screenshots of in-progress art. Changes can be requested then.
Payments:
● For my own safety, I only take payments up-front.
● Currently, I only take payments through my wife's Ko-fi for the time being.
Refunds:
● You will receive a full refund if I have to cancel the commission for any reason. You will also receive a full refund if you cancel the commission before I begin working on it.
● Once I begin work, unless it was very early in the drawing, due to how Ko-fi works, I am unable to issue a partial refund, so no refund will be issued, very sorry about that.
